A little about us

Findhorn Piers Cafe is located within the Royal Findhorn Yacht Club (RFYC), on the coast of the Moray Firth in Scotland, on a site overlooking the sheltered inshore waters of Findhorn Bay and Culbin Forest. Piers Cafe and RFYC are privileged to be set within a superb 250-year old building, with a fantastic view over Findhorn Bay and the Moray Firth.

Here at Piers Cafe we pride ourselves on offering a casual beach side Cafe experience and menu to our regular, and new customers alike. During weekdays our customers can choose their table at their leisure, whether outside on our sun Terrace, or within our cafe area. Peruse our menu with offerings from sandwiches, Panini`s and 8oz burgers from our local Butcher in Forres, or Haddock sourced from Buckie harbour. Then order with our staff at the counter, whereupon your food and drinks will be served to your table.

On friday and saturday evenings however we offer a more restaurant style environment for our customers, and our 3 Course a la carte menu. We believe our customers enjoy and expect a little more personal service in our evening restaurant, and therefore we offer full table service and a dedicated server upon your entrance.

Unfortunately only the RFYC club is covered by a `Members Alcohol Licence` and so we regret that we can only serve members and bona fide guests alcohol. If however you would like to join the club, either as a member or a visiting Member, please ask.

Our opening times during high summer are 7 days a week. Sunday-Saturday 10am - 5pm. We also offer our 3 Course Diner menu on Friday and Saturday evenings between 6-8:30pm, bookings for dinner are essential.

Our opening hours from the 27th August 2014 will reduce to Wednesday - Sunday 10-4pm, we remain open Friday and Saturday evenings to offer our evening menu between 6.30-8.30pm.
